MyBuilder Tradesman of the Month, 2019
Finished Homes began in 2010 as Finished Walls, just Glen Younger and his plastering trowel. Word spread, the customers kept coming back, and in 2016 the business was rebranded and grew to cover Brighton, Eastbourne and East Sussex.
Today Glen and his team handle renovations, loft conversions and everything in between, using only fully qualified, experienced tradesmen who are reliable and professional.
Whether you are refurbishing a new home or hanging a simple shelf, there is someone on the team for the job.
"Glen and his team were simply incredible. They are knowledgeable, professional and truly precise with their work not to mention really friendly too but most importantly, Glen is trustworthy and he is always there when you need him. Highly recommended and if I ever need any construction work, Glen will be the first number I ring."
"Glen is a perfectionist! He painted a feature wall for me and it was a tricky colour to get right, needing more coats than usual… he came back and would not leave until it looked absolutely perfect! I love it, and he's such a hard worker and lovely, trustworthy person. Would highly recommend!"
"Really happy! Glen and his team were amazing with our renovations. Super professional and high standard with all the finishing touches. Definitely using again!"
"Used Finished homes again for my bedrooms this time. Complete rip out and start from scratch. Bedrooms damp proofed decorated and carpeted. Am super pleased and Glen is such a nice fella!"
"Glen has done excellent work at our main residence and also in our rental property. Very conscientious and everything finished to a high standard."

It depends on the type of damp, the method needed and how much of your home is affected. Damp proofing usually starts at a few hundred pounds, and a survey tells us exactly what your home needs.
Yes, our damp proofing comes with a 30-year guarantee.
Sometimes, especially with damp proof rods or certain chemical injections. If the plaster has already absorbed salts or moisture it usually needs to come off, so stains and damp patches do not come back. A damp survey confirms which applies.
